   • Platform announcements on every page — landing, dashboard and storefront — as a top banner, a popup, or both, with severity, scheduling, a link, and per-visitor dismissal.
   • Public changelog at /changelog.
   • Self-hosted Supabase is now the production backend, with media stored in Cloudflare R2 behind the Supabase Storage API.
   • The deploy pipeline works for the first time: a GitHub Actions runner on the server takes jobs outbound, so nothing has to reach in through Cloudflare.

   • The landing page's waitlist mode is read from the database instead of a build-time constant, so launching no longer requires a deploy.
   • Media moved off the server's disk, where it shared 54GB with Postgres.

   Rregulluar

   • Instagram OAuth, and both payment callbacks, were built from SUPABASE_URL — an internal Docker hostname on self-hosted. Third-party callbacks were sent somewhere unreachable and failed silently.
   • Auth email did not work at all: no SMTP was configured while signup required a confirmation email, so a new merchant could register and then never log in.
   • Every page preconnected to a retired Supabase project, so each visitor opened a TLS connection that was never used.
